Become a Member.   SunCoast Organics is a produce delivery service.  For just $10.00 per week you will get 100% certified organic produce delivered to your doorstep 52 weeks per year.  Your membership fee is billed to your credit card every week on the day you signed up.  There is also a one-time $20.00 registration fee. Unlike co-ops, CSA’s or farm memberships we have no commitments but we do request that you give us a two week cancellation notice.  You may cancel at anytime by simply sending us an email.   Our membership base also allows us to leverage our buying power to get better pricing on our exclusive line up of organic lifestyle products.   Once your membership is activated you will receive an email with a password for accessing our members-only shopping pages. 

Choose Your Produce for the Week. Visit our This Week’s Produce page at anytime to see our current harvest selections for the week. The produce in our harvest selections change weekly and vary seasonally. Harvest selections are posted each Friday for Delivery the following Thursday night (on your doorstep by 7:00 a.m. Friday).  Once the harvest is posted you can place your order until 10:00 a.m. on Wednesdays.  We have relationships with organic farms and organic suppliers from across the country to ensure that we can provide a huge variety of 100% certified organic produce 52 weeks per year.  Customize what works for your family by purchasing any one or a combination of our harvest packages or add on a few a la carte items to round out your purchase.  If you purchase all four of our harvest options for just $45.00 you’ll have most of the makings for a weeks worth of dinners.  Sign up for our recipe newsletter notification service and receive five nights of dinner recipes for your scrumptious harvest options.

Click on already a member and then choose any one or combination of our harvest options by clicking on Add to Cart.  You can also shop for other organic products at discounted prices available to members of SunCoast Organics.  When you are done shopping simply click on Checkout Now and follow the process. Your produce order is billed at the time you place your order online, it will usually post to your account in about 24 hours.  All billing information is held at our online merchant processor Authorize.Net.  We do not store your personal financial information nor do we ever share it with anyone.  

Delivery. Beginning the week of June 6, 2010 we will be moving to our 3 day delivery model.  We deliver between 6:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m. overnight deliveries arrive on your doorstep by 7 a.m. on the day following your delivery day. 

TUESDAY Overnight Delivery, on your doorstep by 7:00 a.m. Wednesday!

North of Bee Ridge Road includes:  Sarasota East and West of 75, Longboat Key, Ana Maria Island and Bradenton.

WEDNESDAY Overnight Delivery, on your doorstep by 7:00 a.m. Thursday!

South of Bee Ridge Road includes:  Sarasota East and West of 75, Siesta Key, Casey Key,Osprey, Nokomis, Venice Island, Venice East of 41 to River Road and 41.

Thursday Overnight Delivery, on your doorstep by 7:00 a.m. Friday!

South of 41 Includes: South Venice, Englewood, Manasota Key, Rotonda, Boca Grande, Port Charlotte, North Port and Punta Gorda

No need to worry about vacations or going out of town.  If you don’t order we don’t deliver, however we do charge the membership fee even if you don’t place an order.   Our current delivery fee is just $2.00 to any home or office location in the greater Sarasota area.  We deliver to Sarasota, Bradenton, Lakewood Ranch, Longboat Key, Siesta Key, Casey Key, Osprey, Venice, Englewood, Rotonda, Boca Grande, North Port, Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and Punta Gorda Isles. 

Your order will arrive at your doorstep in a reusable plastic carton cooled with a non-toxic ice blanket and insulation pad. Many of our customers have purchased a deck box placed either on the front porch or in front of the garage on delivery night.  This is a great solution and actually provides extra protection from night time critters.  For families with loud pets it allows us a place away from the front door to leave your produce order without disturbing you or your family. We do suggest that you check for your order as soon as you are up and about.  Produce is perishable and does not like hot Florida summers, we go to great lengths to protect the order but the sooner it's in the better for you and your produce.

Please leave the empty containers out the following week. We reuse and recycle everything in the box. It is best if you take the ice blanket out of the box when you unpack your order and turn the box cover over.  Leave the ice blanket on top of the box lid indoors and it will simply dry out.  We rehydrate them the following week and reuse them over and over.  Please note: we do charge a $10.00 fee at the time of cancellation for any containers or ice blankets that are not returned.
